Tonight I'm bringing you a over 1 hour long compilation of guided meditation ASMR! This one includes guided breathing, body scan meditation, hand movements / visual triggers, Tibetan bowl sounds, and more! It's focused on anxiety and stress relief and making sure you relax your body to also get you sleepy and help you fall asleep of course.
It's mainly in soft-spoken voice with some occasional ear to ear whispering for tingles!

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

This video is amazing. I was having horrible anxiety last night and could not sleep. I put this video on and woke up this morning with my earbuds still in. This video hits all the check boxes for me. Ear to ear whisper, progressive body scan, instructions, forest imagery, etc. I love ASMR but i rarely get "tingles" anymore. I listen mostly to calm down and sleep, but i actually got tingles from your video. Thankyou so much for such a great video!!!!

This was comforting :) I'm using this with the mindfulness book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels. ASMR and mindfulness meditation seem to work great together sometimes.
