I don’t know why, but she feels a lot more personal then other ASMRists. They way she talks about herself and the way she leaves in some mistakes makes her feel so much more- should I say realer than other asmrists. Even her actions seem somehow more natural. Idk if it’s just me though. 💖💗💕💜

I hope you see this Sophie. I have an idea so that you don't burn yourself out, seeing as how you were worried about uploading a 4 hour video. Why don't you ask us approximately how long it takes for us to fall asleep in her videos. That way, you don't have to worry about making them that long. I'm not saying you shouldn't. I'm just saying this because you shouldn't have to feel pressured.

It's only because I want to try and do whats best for you and I had this idea that sometimes for me I wake up in the middle of the night and wish an asmr video was still playing. so i hope i can help some people who experience that! :)

In the beginning you focused on your hands and your voice and they were the most rad videos. Your voice is like an angel. Your voice alone with your hand movements put me to sleep. @@1aa2aa3GiRl thank you for your kind words. It's very difficult to be perpetually tired, but unable to sleep, but ASMR was introduced to me during a sleep study. And it's much more effective than the medication I was on, so I appreciate these ASMR content creators so much.

May i suggest you create a playlist? Have two or three videos that will play back to back in your playlist to have more time to fall asleep in case you find short videos that seem effective but not long enough

You should consider doing an entire vid just with the shaving foam, cuz that was so relaxing! I didn't hear many triggers after that(I fell asleep) but the shaving foam was definitely one of the best triggers I've ever heard! Keep up the great work Sophie!

I'm a severe insomniac. I maybe if I'm lucky sleep 2 hours a night. Since I started putting on asmr videos I've been sleeping 3-5 hrs a night. I love your videos more than others to me your voice is very soothing. Honestly thank you. I won't take sleeping pills cause I'm groggy all the next day, and I was getting desperate so again thank you your an amazing Angel.

and just as youre about to fall asleep, full volume 4 hour asmr, comfortable and eyes are heavy, the feeling of free falling while still being awake, you get a gorilla glue ad and a guy yells.

I've never tried ASMR for sleeping until this video. You put so much effort, I had to try it. I tend to turn over often, half-awake, and it was nice to have you there caring for me for 4 hours. :)
