I don't know why but I find these Aldi haul videos you do so comforting. I think it's because it reminds me of rare days off school when I was a child and mum might take me shopping. She'd always buy me something like sesame sticks as a snack. Then we'd go home and have soft boiled eggs for lunch with buttered toast and I'd watch some children's programmes on tv. It was really cosy and comforting.Being at primary school was often miserable for me so those rare days off were always so great.

I just have to say has everyone noticed what a beautiful glow Mary has had lately. Always have but just exceptional bright lately. Hope you are doing great Mary. Thank you for all the wonderful uploads :-)

I have a cat that pushes the treat drawer open from the back! I have 2 cats and they tag team when they think it’s treat time! Smartest cats I’ve ever had...and I’ve had quite a few!

I love Aldi and its extra great when you do a haul. We use those long stretchy rubberbands to wrap around our chip bags and freezer food bags to keep closed.💡 I'm for sure trying those cheese penguins now 🧀🐧👍

Yes! I use clothes pegs to seal all my kitchen/food product bags too, everything opened gets a peg lol. I wondered if other people did this too, clothes pegs are stronger and so much more convenient. I've experienced the food clips breaking too and they dont always fit. I'm from Australia, long time listener and first time commenting....I got excited hearing you use clothes pegs to seal bags too lol. Love your work, Thank you so much!! *edit I also manually wash my dishes even though I have a dishwasher that I did once use. I created a system where I wash everything soon after using it so there's never a huge pile of dishes. The system works to keep the kitchen continually clean and tidy. I feel like doing it manually adds more care and gratitude for our things.

Mary, look into gripstic for your chips (you can find them on Amazon). Ours sit around a lot too. Best thing to keep tons of stuff sealed and fresh.(I even use it to close bags in thr freezer like fruit or chicken wings) We have chips still fresh after a month!

Always bring a quarter with you too. I learned that the hard way. Two dimes and a nickel ain't going to work

My mother in laws cat Tucker bites the bags too! We have to hide them cs he will wrestle with the bag and rip it open when we are not looking 😂😂 we put the treats in the cabinet but he opened it and climbed in after the treats😂😂 so now we keep them in a container with a latch on it 😂 darn cats lololol

Hello Mary, you keep mentioning that many items you buy at aldi remind you so much about big brand items that you can't tell the difference. Im from germany, where aldi originates from, and its a open secret here that aldi has big brands making knock off copies for them. They usually change the products slightly but a key indicator apart from the same taste is where its produced. Often they dont even try to obfuscate that they use the same adress and production site as the big brands. In fact there are even websites and books in germany listing which item and aldi brand is "secretly" the big brand all along. Long story short it may very well be that its the same in the us and that you are buying doritos and oreos at aldi, just alot cheaper. I didn't check every aldi haul video if someone told you this already, so in case someone already im sorry. PS: Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you can't believe how much you help me relax some days.
