Hey there. 🙂 Remember that each morning is a new beginning. Breathe in the air, go for a walk, a healthy breakfast (maybe a couple of different fruits), fresh coffee and some water. Don't watch the news. That's my mistake. 🙁 Maybe write things down. Put some music on. Call a friend. Do some housework. Have some lunch. In the evening maybe put on a boxset. When it's late, watch some ASMR channels. We are here if you need to talk. I live in the UK. Look after yourself.
