It's so nice to see that you do these period comfort asmr videos. I really appreciate this, I suffer from PMDD (pre menstrual dysphoric disorder) it has caused a lot of depression, intrusive thoughts and more for me within my years of having it. So I always came to these kind of videos for comfort. 🥺💜 thank you for helping us who menstruate.

I love these! I just started cramping horribly but gotta leave for work in 30 minutes. Wish I could lay in bed and listen to these until I fall asleep lol Edit: We had a Thanksgiving feast at work and I bled through my scrubs all over the white chair in our break room. I was sitting right next to my crush, but I don't think he or anyone else saw it because I quickly threw my left over food/plate onto my chair to cover it until everyone left the room so I could clean up. Talk about embarrassing...

1° Thank you for making these kinds of videos! Much appreciated! 2° I've seen a lot of comments from people who menstruate (mostly women I asume) talking about their experiences and saying they would be so embarrassed if they ever bleed onto someone and I would like to say that menstruation is mormal, you don't have to be embarrassed, feel guilty or hide it (I also have done this before, not anymore though!) specially around people who are close to you💜 3. Peroxide is your friend (and if it doesn't do the job, ad sodium bicarbonate). 4. Hidrate!!!
