I agree. The only ones I ever see relate to pregnancy and morning sickness. So it's nice to see one that doesn't revolve around that.

@@ellyettepaigewhenever i look up throw up comfort it is always just us being sick and not us throwing up at all! and i agree with what u said abt the morning sickness ones, they are always morning sickness or pregnancy

@@darlingzheart I think it's because so many people aren't comfortable with the actual vomit part. It makes them sick themselves just to even talk about it or imagine it. Very few people can sit there in real life and hold your hair back or rub your back or just be supportive as you spill your guts out lol. 🤮🤢 So I definitely give kudos to this content creator for dealing with the vomit part. I have social anxiety and it gets so bad sometimes that I get queasy and even throw up. I don't have any friends except for one, so I don't get any sorta comfort from anyone when such things happen to me. It's nice to listen to these types of audios and pretend like they're there with ya. x

Absolutely. I have emetophobia (crippling fear of vomiting), so these audios are extremely helpful. Episodes of nausea can be very distressing for me, audios like these help me take a breath and not be as riddled with anxiety (which is very helpful because anxiety always makes the nausea so much worse).
