Damn they tore down the life size Gundam? That was like one of the main reasons I've wanted to visit Japan for so long :/

There is still one in Fukuoka, and a somewhat smaller one of the Unicorn Gundam in Tokyo. It was originally supposed to shut down I believe in 2022 but they extended it because of Covid.

Oh man I wanted to visit Japan just to see this. Thats unfortunate. I recently built a few models from the WoM series but this one was really cool!

There is still one in Fukuoka and a smaller Unicorn Gundam in Tokyo still! But yeah, the real big one is gone. Apparently it was becoming a hazard, as the weight and movement of the Gundam was compromising the structure of the dock itself and maintenance costs were getting really high.
