아직 다 보지는 않았지만 몇몇 답변들 가운데서 저는 "삶에 대한 긍정적인 태도는 어떻게 얻나요?"에 대한 답변이 너무나 인상적으로 다가왔어요. 부정적인 감정을 느끼는 걸 두려워 하지 않는다, 늘 행복하기만 해야 한다는 강박에서 자유롭다, 슬플 땐 흐드러지게 슬퍼 하고 우울할 땐 우울하네 하고 알아차리며 받아들인다, 사소한 것들에 감사와 행복을 느낀다... 하 참 얼마나 주옥 같은 말들인지요. 이런 삶의 태도는 혜랑님이 의식했든 아니든 인류 역사의 많은 현자들과 깨달은 이들이 행복과 관련해 하나같이 강조하는 내용들과 일맥상통합니다. 행복과 같이 좋은 것에 과도하게 집착하지 않고, 슬픔, 우울같이 나쁜 것들을 애써 억누르거나 부정하지 않는 것. 일어나는 모든 경험들을 온전히 수용하면서 그것들이 나를 통과해 자연스레 흘러가도록 하는 여여한 삶의 태도. 억지 긍정이 도달할 수 없는 더 크고 더 진실한 긍정의 비결이 바로 여기에 있는 거겠지요. 그것은 또한 많은 구독자들에게 힐링을 안겨주는 혜랑님의 힘의 근원이기도 하겠고요. 인간은 삶을 온전히 경험하려고 태어났지 어떤 경험은 억누르고 어떤 경험은 얻으려 애쓰려고 태어난 건 아니라는 말을 어느 스님께서 하셨던 게 떠오르네요. 그러기 위해선 늘 마음챙김의 태도로 내게 일어나는 일들을 알아차림 하는 것이 필요하겠지요. 그 낱낱의 알아차림 시선 속에 아주 작고 보잘것 없어 보이는 것들이 눈부신 광휘로 그 존재성을 발하는 기적이 일어납니다. 그때 혜랑님이 보는 나비의 날갯짓이 우주의 날갯짓이 되고 동생과 나누는 사소한 담소가 우주의 진실을 품게 됩니다. 너무 거창한가요?😅 적어도 제겐 그렇지 않습니다. 사무치는 진실입니다. 제가 궁금해 했던 미소의 근원도 이 대목에서 더 명확한 대답이 된 듯싶습니다. 저도 그런 사람이 되고 싶어요. 내내 변치 않는 혜랑님, 참긍정/참행복의 아이콘이 되시길...!😊

저는 시절인연님의 댓글을 접할때 마다 이상하게도 조용한 사찰에 자리한 어느 연못에 고요하게 떠 있는 수련이 생각이 나요 ㅎㅎ 말 재주가 없어서 제 마음을 글로 다 옮기지 못하는것 같은게 좀 아쉽지만 ! 글을 읽을때면 마음이 참 온화해지는 것 같아요. 참 고맙습니다 💙 따스한 연말로 마무리 하시길 바라요 😊

I really appreciate it! ☺️ Listening to your personal philosophies and views on love and life was particularly enjoyable and exceptionally interesting to me. You seem like such a thoughtful, authentic person who speaks what's true to your heart and it really shows. It's so important to be true to yourself and to everyone else around you, whether they're a loved one or a stranger! Finding pleasure in all of the little things in life is also an important quality to have. In many ways, I think you've already got life figured out. At least more so than a lot of other people do… 🙂 I have a couple of recommendations for you! Since you really enjoy jazz music, I have to recommend my favorite jazz album to you! "Kind of Blue" by Miles Davis! It's a classic jazz record! And since you like zombie movies, I very strongly recommend seeing the 1978 version of George Romero's "Dawn of the Dead" if you haven't seen it! It's an excellent movie that tells a fantastic story! Oh, and happy belated birthday! I hope your day was wonderful and special for you! 😃 Also, I don't know why, but it's really funny to me that you were originally going to make hot chocolate, but then you decided to make tea and you put it in a mug that says "coffee" on it. Just… wow. You really do enjoy messing around, don't you? 😂 If you don't upload any more videos this year, I'd just like to say in closing that I hope you enjoy the rest of 2023 and make a few more happy memories before the new year starts! No I don’t think I have a car but I’m gonna try and go out and see what they say and I don’t think I’ll have a problem but I’m gonna have a little trouble 👿 with it I just need some time I think I’m going out to eat with the girls so I’ll let me see if they can get it for us and I don’t really have to do that I don’t want to be in the hospital for two hours so I’m gonna have a hard day I just need a lot of work to get through it I have no way to do it I just want a job so I’ll just be able to get out and I just want my 😈⛓️🥀🖤

if you're looking for jazz artists similar to the ones you listed, i think you'd like chet baker! he's a trumpet player but his album "chet baker sings" is so gorgeous, he has a lovely sweet voice :)
