Hey yall 👋🏾
In this video my friend Judy allowed me to define her 3c/4a curls! ➰ you guys wanted different hair textures so here you go 😇
This was my first time ever doing her hair so it took some trial and error, but I really enjoyed doing it. The first half of this video is no talking, second half is soft spoken. We will definitely do another video together for yall, so like this video if you'd want that! I hope you all enjoy the sounds :)
Judy is wearing a mask for her own peace of mind, but we both got tested before this video and are negative!

I’m not sure if you mean family or hair dressers, but either way they should know how to care for your hair. Especially hairdressers, they should be taught how to care for every hair type imo

I know what you mean. I came from that one little tear and got seriously hit for it. I remember in early '05 my maternal grandmother passing, and went to her funeral. While down south, one day I combed my eldest niece's hair who was going on 8 at the time. My mother told me to be careful. I told her I have not forgotten what it was like getting my hair done.

@Anna_. 2222 the curls are so curly (it also depends on the exact hair type) that when it’s dry it’s much shorter than wet or even just when you fully stretch out the curl

This may be a bit out there, but this video really gives me a deeper understanding of the care that goes into black hair (as a white person with wavy hair) and the differences and similarities to how to treat/care for it. It’s intensely relaxing and a great bit of education so thank you thank you for such a great video!!

I've never seen that much shrinkage before!!!!! I love this method I also do it on my hair its called the LOC method (liquid, oil, cream)

I find this type of hair so fascinating and pretty, like when you brush it out it’s so LONG but it curls up so tight it becomes like half that length. It’s so cool how hair can just naturally take such a curly shape like that. Even after brushing it through it just bounces back into place. So cute 💕
