my sister really enjoyed helping me make this video and she even fell asleep! nothing I did hurt her, and I made sure of that. i used different combs for different sounds holding the base of the hair prevents painful detangling

I truly did not expect it to get this many views at all, as it was kind of an impulsive, unplanned video... i grabbed what i had and turned my camera on lol! Regarding the chopstick thing, i find that some people use knitting needles. You can find them for a couple cents at literally any thrift store. It's insane the amount of knitting needles there are. Some are wood, some metal, some plastic. So if you clean them and then use them, i think they would be great. You're literally the first video I've seen where a scalp check is being done on textured hair. I always watch ASMR videos where people run their fingers through the model's hair and I'm just like lol, aint gonna happen with curly hair

I wouldn't have thought you were a new channel if I hadn't scrolled down and read the comments. You've definitely earned a sub from me, you came up in my recommendations. It's refreshing to see KZfaq pushing out promising new creators, and it's refreshing to see creators of colour. I've watched a lot of scalp check ASMR videos but never seen this natural hair texture being represented. It's very relaxing to watch and listen to.

I love scalp checks and I see it on white and Asian people all the time. I'm so excited to see content from a black creator and a black model. Different hair textures and tools and styles keep it fun and interesting! Good job!

I think when it comes to ASMR you have full creativity of the tools and implements you use in your videos. Nothing is ever used incorrectly or shouldn't be used, it's all about the sound :) loved this video.
