My uncle uses TCH to help with his ADHD and as someone with a diagnosed anxiety disorder it sounds like something that would help when I’m spiraling

If I were you I would first try CBD instead of THC CBD is the calming aspect of marijuana which is very good for anxiety! But if you also wanna THC I should tell you that THC is the chemical that'll make you high. THC can make your emotions way stronger in both a positive sense and a negative sense.. I almost smoke daily and it helps me alot on an emotional level but I would recommend that you first do some research before you'll try it! Have a goodnight

Love this thread! I really agree with Pieterjan. Take it slow! I’d try CBD first and if you do go for THC down the line, I’d go into the dispensary and talk to an employee about it so they can help pick a strain that would be better for anxiety. 1:1 ratios of THC/CBD pills (2.5mg of CBD and 2.5mg of THC) have helped during my worst spirals and helped get me away from the edge, let alone laugh!! Which is unheard of during those times for me. So it can genuinely help, but the paranoia can be real and awful when it hits. It’s extremely rare for me so it’s worth it, and it’s honestly good practice for me to work through my demons, but everyone is different :) I hope you find something that works for you!! 😊🧡💛

Personally, I've definitely seen the benefits of CBD when it comes to depression, anxiety etc. I had tried alot of medications and none of them really worked long term. Everyone is different so I'd definitely recommend going to a shop and talking with an expert. And just doing research in general. Took me a few tries before i found something that worked really well. But I'll say it definitely can work wonders. Hope you can find what works for you!
