Today's meal is a filling and hearty bowl of chili with a side of yummy cornbread. Just like the bolognese in yesterday's video, it uses crumbled and flavoured tofu in place of meat.
Topped with cashew sour cream, fresh avocado and pickled jalapenos, this meal was truly delicious!
