Three kinds of edible cookie dough! (Read on for the recipe...)
Disclaimer: if you are going to consume raw cookie dough make sure the mixture does not contain eggs and that the flour has been heat treated. That way, you should avoid risk of bacterial infection. (The recipe will explain how to heat treat the flour.)

Note: I used this recipe as a base for all three types of cookie dough - switching out the add-ins and including cocoa powder for the brownie version. (You will have to reduce the amount of flour to add the cocoa powder - I went with a little less than half cocoa powder to flour.)

Chef's Choice brand dark chocolate drops (in the choc chip and fudge brownie cookie doughs)
Fancy Sprinkles brand confetti sprinkles (in the birthday cake cookie dough)
Sweet William brand white chocolate (in the birthday cake cookie dough, cut into small chunks)
Clarana brand vegan Smarties (in the birthday cake cookie dough)
Nuttelex vegan butter (all cookie doughs)
