ASMR | Eyes Closed Light Trigger Instructions + Brown Noise

In today's #ASMR video, you are taken through another session at the sleep clinic. Within this session, you are instructed to close your eyes and follow a series of instructions purely based off of seeing lights through your eyelids. An extra layer of brown noise has been overlayed onto this video for extra relaxation. Hopefully, this will be useful for people who need a constant sound to fall asleep. As always, thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy the video.

Constant background noise helps with my tinnitus (which is why I listen to asmr even tho I don’t get tingles) and the brown noise is amazing at drowning it out!! Way better than white. Thank you! :)

The brown noise is great, and I like that you keep telling us what you're going to do - "we're going to do that 3 more times" - it reminds me of your reverse anticipatory triggers video which is one of my absolute favourites, I find that being told what's happening and regularly updated stops my anxiety so fast

Thank you so SO much for the brown noise. I have tinnitus and autism and very quiet or noise cancelled asmr can bring me to tears even with a sound machine in my room, I also agree it’s more relaxing than white noise. Would love some more videos with it 🫶

Hello Sam, I was tired searching a video with just light triggers along with eyes closed… couldn’t find any and suddenly remembered that you were the one that introduced me about the whole concept of “follow my instructions while keeping your eyes closed” I searched you up immediately and look what I found… a whole video specifically on light triggers… plus the cherry on top was the brown noise❤ pure bliss… I would love to have a 1 hour video with the same concept… but it would be too good to also add the rain/thunderstorm noise along with the brown noise ❤ I hope you take mu request into consideration… Pleaseee??🤗😇 Thank you Lots of love❤❤

Tbh I only watch the lights for the first five or so minutes. I do love the light triggers, they get me nice and drowsy very fast, but then I just put my phone on my nightstand and pass out to just the audio lol 😂❤
