In today's #ASMR video I serve you a golden platter of tingles in the form of eyes closed instructions. Throughout this session, you will be put through multiple light, auditory and mental exercises. All that can be done without the need of having your eyes open. This video is 1 hour in length to celebrate 10,000 subscribers. So thank you everyone for subscribing, it means a lot.

For me it’s stinkin blue light. Blue light stimulates your brain too much. So I love his warm lighting scheme.

These “eyes closed” videos are AMAZING. It’s a perfect way to get my brain focused on something else, but nothing that takes too much thinking. My favorites are the word association and doubling the numbers. Please, please, PLEAAAAASE, do more of these! 🙂

You know I used to listen to these eyes closed instructions asmr just to help me sleep when I was anxious but they’re also pretty useful when I’m feeling queasy or any type of sick. Basically anything a mild distraction helps with so I can sleep. And this channel is the only one I’ve been able to find with such great closed eyes instructions. I haven’t been able to find any other asmrtist with videos like this. I’ve had these videos play so much to help me sleep, more than the videos on any other channel.

This is the best asmr video ever. You have a very gentle voice. I like light triggers with closed eyes. I don't know when I fall asleep,I have never listened a video to the end, just wake up in the middle of the night and take off my headphones. I also really like the fact that the room where the video was recorded is very dark, so I feel comfortable even if I open my eyes for a short time. Out of a bunch of asmr videos on youtube, I can only listen to yours and restful rambles. I love it! 🫶🏼

I just found your channel a few days ago and I thought you were great. Last night, I woke up in the middle of the night due to insomnia from an anxiety attack. I was awake for a couple of hours and watching your videos really helped me to calm down and fall back to sleep. ok i must say i love the way that you intersperse whispers into soft-spoken speech. i've never seen an asmrtist do that before and it is so 😌 in my brain. these eyes closed instructions videos are wonderful 💖 though i hope you don't feel trapped by the almighty algorithm into doing these if you want to branch out and do other videos
