Hello everyone, This ASMR video is mainly soft-spoken but there are whispered parts as well. You will follow my instructions focusing on me. We are starting with sticks, following the light with different directions, expo marker on paper sounds while focusing my drawing, then following my fingers, my hands, and controlled breathing therapy.
This video will change your focus and relief your stress. Repetitive movements also will help you feel sleepy. I hope it helps 💖

Video Request❣️: Could you make a video that is just you doing a few different styles of guided breathing and counting breaths? It helps me so much when I am stressed. I tried watching this earlier, but KZfaq was being uncooperative. Now I'm eating dinner, so I thought for sure I would fail this... but I do feel relaxed while watching this. I'll re-watch it later for the full effect. It's Blossom-I couldn't see your shirt clearly before, so I initially thought it was Nyanpire.

Hi Lizi ! First, I want to say that even I thought this was impossible, your videos are getting better and better ! Thank you for your relaxing videos, I hope you will do more videos that talk about relaxing (not especially about sleep). Second, I suggest you to make the breath's sequences more relaxed/more patient (if you know what I mean). I think having a more long breathing (the "in and out" should each be longer... I don't know how to say it in English XD) would be a plus in your already very relaxing videos. Have a nice day and thanks for reading that ! You are lovely, don't change !

Hmm 🤔 I'm in a conundrum. I can either... 1) Go shovel out the rest of my driveway. OR 2) Follow these instructions to dreamland. And/Or 3) Cut my losses and hightail it to Florida.
