I read a lot of comments from subscribers asking to make another ASMR video for people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. From all of the comments I've read, my previous video with short length triggers helped people with ADHD but also with "OCD" or "ADD". You can give it a try and if it helps you, then let me know. It makes me happy! (Actually, this kind of videos seems to work for all kinds of people :D)
For today's video, I've added even more objects and more sounds than for the previous one. So the video length is also longer than the first video, a bit more than one hour. For all those sounds, I've tried to keep them short again, which isn't difficult cause I like short triggers too. All of them should be between 10 seconds and 30 seconds.
This video contains whispering and triggers like tapping, mouth sounds, water sounds, mic scratching and much much more.

Hi everyone! A lot of you have been asking for a new video for people with ADHD brain (even a series :D) and as I enjoyed making the first one, I've tried to make a new one. It's always difficult to make a second part to a video that has been successful (I mean from the creative point of view and the effectiveness of it here) but I hope this helps you as much or even more than the first video. Actually, my girlfriend has also been using the first video to fall asleep for several nights and told me she fell asleep quickly without noticing it. She has also asked me to create more similar videos like that one. So... we might have a "series" actually. For you and for her. And for me too. Cause as I said I enjoy making videos with short triggers. Anyway, have a peaceful night!

Same here. But for me it also helps with my chronic pain. Two birds I guess. I just hate getting immunity because it usually is about a week or more to work again. But so far that hasn't been an issue with these episodes. Maybe he's really onto something with short triggers for ADHD.

As someone with ADHD this was amazing for me. I normally can’t relax during long trigger videos, or ones that don’t use two separate mics. This was perfection! For me, the most effective ASMR videos are always those who moves the triggers around A LOT and always have those gentle voice and sounds. Because through which my brain can compare the difference and then truly feel that the triggers are near my ears. So thank god I found Pierre’s vids, it’s been so effective and so helpful for my sleep.🥰🥰🥰

I love these videos, I have ADHD and usually get fed up with the triggers on other ASMRtists videos as they go on for a long time, so I click onto another video and the cycle repeats. However these videos I feel so relaxed to and the triggers are short but long enough to be enjoyed. The video is also super long so there are plenty of triggers for my brain to “focus” on. Thank you so much. I’ll be sleeping happily and peacefully tonight ✨
