Hi Victoria, another great video. Can I ask, have you considered doing a teaching video where you show the steps and thought process behind a aromatherapy consultation, such as how to set up a consult, what you should have prepared, paperwork, followup, thought process behind formulation,etc...? I am asking as many schools of Aromatherapy sadly don't actually teach this, and as a well known and established aromatherapist, your insights would be helpful to students. Regards.

Holy smokes, the gloves were amazing! At one point, they made me as relaxed as listening to rain on a rainy day. Noice. Question: How do you determine what kind of therapies to use in your practice? Is there an international/national massage therapy or aromatherapy conference that you attend to learn more about what kind of therapies to use? How do you learn about them? Just curious. Thanks.

Thank you! There are a multitude of therapies and a multitude of associated bodies to which members can attend their conferences and training courses and learn post grad techniques. As a therapist it’s like a sweety shop. Once the door is open you just want to learn and give everything! However, it’s about keeping to a solid few and making sure those ones are right for you as a therapist. My range covers all bases as far as I’m concerned. Spiritual. Mental. Emotional. Physical. All kinds of health. I’m very happy, but I’ve worked on my options for 28 years. Loving it!

Hello Victoria I have what I think is a muscle knot in my upper trap any suggestions how i can possibly relieve it on my own? Or is a massage the only way to get rid of it?

Massage with the opposite hand if you can reach it. Apply glucosamine gel. Apply heat to dissolve spasm eg heat pad or hot water bottle. See a therapist for a few treatments to soothe tension. Just a few options. Good luck let me know how it goes 🖐️

Victoria falls into the “Unintentional ASMR” because she is not “Roleplay ASMR”. Although it is intentional, her clients are real and so are her therapies which differs from most ASMR KZfaqrs. We should use new categories, I agree. The ASMR community is somewhat divided in 2, Roleplay ( which I am not a fan of) or Unintentional which Victoria gets limped into. It’s just easier to search for ASMR listeners.
