Welcome to this session of ASMR with lots of hand movements, hand sounds, and soft mouth sounds, which I hope will help you get tingles (especially if you have tingle immunity). It was supposed to put you to sleep, but since this is a playful, and unpredicted ASMR video, totally non-planned, you can also use it as a stress relief.
If you prefer to use ASMR videos to focus on something, like work, gaming, reading, or drawing (what many call the Background ASMR). There is also the presence of external noises, but I hope this doesn't distract you.

Maybe you'd prefer having a planned out flow and some idea of script or organization, sure, feeling prepared is clutch, but you're better at "riding the wave" than i think you think you are. Just going with it works well for you. That's not to say do more or less of it, just that you're relatable and i enjoy these more spontaneous moments a lot 😊

Dread, anxiety, impatience, and road rage would be vanquished! I have put the titles in other languages, I believe that's why it appears like this to you. Maybe the only way to "fix it" to English titles it will be if you to put your YT in English too.

Hi! I’ve noticed you’ve been doing spider hand movements a lot more often in your videos. I am so sad about this as it’s a trigger that causes a lot of anxiety, and even nightmares for me. :( Would it be possible for you to include a warning in the descriptions moving forward, or even in the intro? I have gotten into such a habit of watching your videos and they help me sleep, but I’ll be super relaxed and my eyes closing and then when I hear that certain noise you make with the spider hand movement coming toward the screen it almost makes me nauseous. This is to the point where I might need to stop watching the videos, and that makes me very sad! 😭
