Sir ji...I think Shambhoo bhai has a spinal deformity due to which his spine is more convex at the thoraco-lumbar region(as per the glimpses of him sideways).The condition is called Kyphosis ...behtar hoga ki aap unko koi orthopaedic ya chiropractor k pass le kr jaye...bcoz untreated Kyphosis will lead to Hunchback plus decreased lung capacity.
