Like if we listen motivation video we become quite motivated & energetic for a while . Hearings music like romantic, pop , classical impact same way. Watching someone having delicious food makes water in our mouths..! Cause that all impact our senses . That energy we feel. Appreciate your curiosity.

that would be terrible for tennis elbow. try an easy sling made of a scarf for a week and wear it whenever you can just to remind you to take it easy. the 'no pain, no gain' mentality doesn't work for a lot of things. hope you feel better!
