I’ve been feeling intense anxiety this entire year. Not sure why. And I’m not sure how to deal w it. It gets really overwhelming sometimes.

I'm not sure if this is something you would consider but CBD oil helped me a lot. It comes in many different forms and I have heard only positive things from friends of mine who used it, wishing you the best of luck💕

Do you use a lot of social media? I've found it causes the worst anxiety in lots of people. It's so false and intense. I feel better when I cut it out for a while.
