ASMR | Light Themed Instructions To Follow For Sleep and Relaxation

In today's #ASMR video, you are instructed to follow along with a series of light trigger based instructions such as following the light, looking at various different points and performing basic eye relaxation exercises. As always, thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy the video.

Agreed! These are my favs, too, especially when they have a word association part. My brain only focuses on that and finally calms down and goes quiet enough for me to sleep well.

Small but touching detail that I've picked up: whenever he asks about your day/meals/sleep etc. he doesn't react with a "thats nice to hear" or anything similar, in case your response isn't a positive one. Very thoughtful really

The "close your eyes" and light trigger videos are the easiest ones that help me fall asleep because it starts with having my eyes closed, cant get easier than that 😭 Cant wait for more videos like these because rewatching can only do so much 😭

Every month or so I find an asmr channel that I cant fall asleep without listening to and youre this months choice! I love how much volume control you have for your voice, I find a lot of other asmrists have a very low volume then suddenly loud volumed voice which makes me jump and wake up while I'm about to fall asleep

I haven't done those triggers, no. The closest I could do to that is tapping near the camera and on the microphone or synced brushing as I already do sometimes. I have done tapping in general before though. 👀

I love your layered whispers, you really should do more of them bc they give major tingles. I would also love to see a full video of you only whispering instead of your normal soft spoken. But thats just my two cents. Keep up the good work!

hello fellow commenters, if you lay on your side when listening to asmr and told to look in a certain direction (ie up) do you look up towards the roof/ceiling/ect or do you look up relative to the position youre in, towards your eyebrows/forehead/ect
