My grandmother has owned her own nail salon for 30 years and I grew up in it. This is literally perfect to how it actually is in a southern salon ! My aunts my mom and my grandmother all did nails, toes, and we had one hairdresser ! This is so comforting in many ways ! Thank you so much Mary 😭🤍🤍!!

Little social tip for y’all....beware people like Lynette. She’s good for a laugh or someone to talk to but be careful, as she has no issue talking about others, she will without a doubt talk about you as well. Hehe haha and keep it moving. Mary killed the stage once again, you go girl!

I know it’s kinda weird but I was learning to French braid my hair today while watching Mary and I was about to give up when I realized Mary wouldn’t be the type to so I kept going and got it done 🥰

I ALMOST SQUEAKED TO MYSELF AT A NEW LYNETTE VIDEO. The story you've built around her makes me feel so comfortable and calm. I've been so busy keeping myself afloat during covid, I rarely talk to others, let alone others who are friends or support me. You, and what you make is such a blessing. Hope all is well!

I just had to say that I remember My Name is Earl and I'm in my 20's! Now granted, I used to watch it with my friend's mom when I was over at her house so it's not like I came across it on my own. And it was not necessarily age-appropriate. But that comment just brought back fond memories for me, so thank you! :)

Mary! I’m from WA State and Puyallup is where our huge state fair is usually held ! I live about an hour away ,north of Seattle....You pronounced the name right! It so tough for our babies out here having to learn remotely ! I sincerely enjoy your channel and think you are a wonderful woman! 💕 WA is a beautiful state I think you would love it!

I work in the medical field and have anxiety/OCD. I have to say, the current situation we find ourselves in has not helped it. But I love the fact that most of your content doesn't really focus on it. And if it does, you find some way to make me laugh at it. I am so thankful for what you do. You do not know how often you have helped me (and others!) deal with it all. 🙇♀️🙏

I was surprised, I loved this! Idk why because I love all of your videos. 😊 I have not been overly comfortable with getting manis / pedis the last 6 months. I didn't realize I could miss this kind of banter with stylists, nail techs etc. Made things feel more normal than they have in a while!!!!!
