PSA: I love making ASMR videos. I love trying new things and I like catering my content to different audiences (as well as bringing diverse audiences together). ASMR is extremely subjective and everyone has different preferences and triggers. To me, this is a wonderful thing and I enjoy experimenting with different techniques and video concepts tremendously 🌹. When I was a gymnast, there was a girl on our team who liked to give massages after class. For me the reason this type of asmr is so soothing is because you see someone else at a comfortable, relaxed state, which in our brains is a more vulnerable state. And when you see someone else at that vulnerable state you also feel relaxed and at ease. I also love that it’s mostly women who are in your videos because it makes me feel even more secure and included, I swear it’s like us women are all spiritually connected by Bluetooth or something lmao.
