Dagoth Ur is known as the deadliest place in Morrowind-- if not all of Tamriel. Who else would possibly be here? How COULD they possibly be here?

I don't wanna say "Keep Up The Good Work" because that can be a bit of a stressy thing to hear, but suffice it to say I'm very grateful for your most recent uploads and want to thank you for bringing something like this to us all - especially in such a freaky time. Your attention to detail and the sensitivity with which you construct these characters is wonderful. After listening to this I am left wondering how often miscasting of spells happens in the Elder Scrolls universe.

Well for most people in that universe the player character being one of the only exceptions because apparently they're just good at everything learning magic probably takes years to master and you're likely to screw up quite a few times before you finally get the hang of it

Most Telvanni wizards are hundreds of years old, so magic mastery must be either really difficult or most people in TES are developmentally challenged

It used to actually be a core feature of the game to have a chance at failing to cast a spell in older titles (Daggerfall and Morrowind). Something you would have to increase your skill in the associated magic school of said spell to prevent. There was a check for successfully casting a spell, a check for your target dodging the spell, and even if it hits, a check for how much the spell actually affects your target (which could be no effect at all).

The shrine is a 5 minute walk from ghostgate, the citadel of dagoth ur is right at the top of the long and supremely difficult climb through a literal hellscape. That is next level lost. Also was fully expecting this to end with her going 'the dreamer is awake'.

Llarzen is a stealthmage nerevarine who was a simple barber, got fucked over by buerocracy and shipped to morrowind, got caught up in that whirlwind of madness, settled down with this lady, then moved to Skyrim a century later after her wife's death. It explains her experiences with morrowind bigotry and her saying its impossible to not get in trouble there. It explains why she helped without any questions when the dragonborn was in trouble with the law in Winterhold. It explains why she has such high standards for materials to where she wanted stahlrim and dragonbone beauty tools from the orc tailor. It explains why she's such a good cook, craftsman, mage, persuader, and how she moves around skyrim safely across such extreme distances amidst a civil war, and how she can afford those properties. She still has wealth from her adventures in Morrowind. NOBODY can tell me otherwise
