I’ve actually read a ton of places that you should breath in through the nose for 5 seconds slowly.. hold it for four seconds and then out through your nose 👃 again for 5 seconds slowly.. not through the mouth. This exercise actually helps mouth breathers learn to switch to breathing through the nose instead. The nose gets more oxygen into the body instead of the way we have been taught. It helped me a lot during my pregnancy when I needed to control my constant sick stomach
