so far it’s my most fav asmr channel. although i think most people listen to asmr for sleep but i use asmr for concentrating on study. my study vibes be like "playing vito asmr on TV+ candles", it’s the best combination so far. this channel really helps me focusing on anything. I did not expect the cracking to be that satisfying. Just the whole blocks breaking into smaller pieces was definitely my favourite trigger. But the deep sound the poweder pile made was also great

Gym chalk carving/whittling is actually so therapeutic, taking a small carving knife, and a big square chunk of gym chalk and just slowly carving out sections to create small little sculptures is so peaceful, and because of the material not having such an intense resistance there's no worry of strain or the blade slipping from overexerting pressure and causing an injury, just sloooow and steady, and it is relaxing.

OMMG I need to try this, I've had such a bad time whittling pine wood which is harder than bass wood which is what all the carvers seem to use but I can't seem to find. Maybe gym chalk is a good alternative ty!
