I hope today’s Reiki infused relaxation session helps you remember that all things can come to you smoother and more efficiently through a relaxed and rebalanced nervous system! If you suffer from chronic fatigue, anxiety, excessive multitasking ( watching tv but not being able to stop watching your phone, Dorsal vagal shutdown, etc) I pray you start taking the necessary steps to heal your nervous system that loves you so much!

I'm Ginger; A Reiki master practitioner, sacred medicine ceremonialist, yoga teacher and artist from a lil village called Esterillos Oeste in Costa Rica. I love the ASMR aspect, but first of all you never reuse incense or sage when you are done using it to purify the energy you are to return it to the Earth. I usually bury the sage and stuff after burning. And you don’t need any symbols for Reiki it’s all about intent and controlling the energies flow.

The only thing that’s real is the reality you create, you can’t dictate other people’s realities… I always reuse incense because being from a “Developing country” I was taught never to waste anything. I didn’t grow up with the luxury to just throw things out because we already used it once… My grandma also survived WWII bombings and the famine that came after that in Japan and I cannot imagine wasting anything. She also always taught me to not take anything for granted. energy doesn’t latch to anything around me, it is always cleansed in the name of Christ. also, every reiki symbol is charged with intention which is why I send it, if you don’t wish to receive reiki you don’t have to. Nothing is real except what YOU believe to be real 🥰💗
