I’m not one to really spill personal issues on social media but man i’ve been going through it. I’ve always loved your videos and they help me but Saturday I had the worst panic episode i’ve had in years. I’m back dealing with my derealization symptoms and haven’t felt right or myself but this video I swear I can feel everything you’re doing and is the most decompressed i’ve been able to feel. Your work is greatly appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed. You’re awesome
