I've been a long time watcher now, not quite from the beginning but very close. These kinds of videos have really been instrumental, i believe, in my own (not to sound cliche) journey. I can't thank you enough for the positive impact its had on me. I really hope it's done the same for others and im thrilled to bits that you, yourself have been able to recover from a worse place.

I've always struggled with sleeping, and I've been watching you all throughout the last 7 years. I've been depressed and suicidal, riddled with anxiety and insomnia, yet at the end of all of those nights I've always come back to this channel. I probably started watching when I was 11/12 and even now, on my 18th birthday I come back to fall asleep to your channel. To think that someone who has provided me comfort in my darkest times experienced similarly breaks my heart, and I'm really really thankful that you've made so much progress. I know it's cheesy and parasocial but I genuinely think you're an amazing person. The amount of times you've said something in a video that impacted my way of thinking is uncountable, and I have no doubt that you helped me overcome a lot of things.

I hear it, it reminds me of a computer fans that’s just slightly clipping against something. It’s not unpleasant though, it can kind of turn into white noise.
