Mitchell pritchett - It gets better. You may not see that right now but I will get better. Ive been in that dark place and the truth is, there is no magic cure, you just have to burn through it. Some days will be awful so make sure you have something to hold on to. That one thing that brings you back. There will be something or someone. I can't say how long it might take. I was in that place for about a year and it was the worst year of my life. The best tips I can give are: Find something new you want to learn or do (you may feel like you've lost interest in hobbies so find something new or something you've always wanted to do but never got around to. Distracting yourself even if for just a little while helps) Accept where you are and fight back. Whatever your facing right now is in your head. When I was in that position, I almost talked to the depression as if it were a thing and basically told it to f off. It doesn't particularly work immediately but having that mindset of fighting back is the right step. I know it may not be the answer your looking for but sadly it's the truth. As cheesy as this may sound, burn your way through it and you'll be reborn from the flames - Emotionally stronger and with a different outlook on life. It never truly goes away but it will get so much better. Sending love to you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Whenever I can’t sleep I come to this channel for this singing. it might not mean a lot of others as much as it does to me, but it sounds so much like my mothers singing. I’m a teenager now so she doesn’t sing for me anymore before bed. This is one of the most comforting things of all times for me. Please keep doing these, when I can’t get rest at night because of my adhd and anxiety this helps me so much. So much love thank you again. ❤️

@@xochi8126 when she was growing up, she was in a vv christian household and grew up v homophobic. but then, in high school, she realized she was bi and got a girlfriend. frivvi's family wasnt very accepting, but luckily, after a bit, her gf's mom was cool with it. one day, they were going for a drive together, and frivvi started driving. her gf was tryna film a video, and frivvi was getting annoyed. then, the car crashed. her gf was diagnosed with severe amnesia, to the point that she didn't know how to walk. because of this, she entirely forgot abt frivvi. because of this, I cry whenever I hear her sing all I want

I was listening to your singing and I was so touched, yet at the same time it hurt just as much imagining how much courage it must have taken you. I’ve been having terrible anxiety with everything for the past month. I’ve been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder since I was 8 and I thought I was mostly over it being 22, but I guess not.
