Hey everyone 💙 I really enjoyed filming this video, it follows along the same theme as my previous "Don't Fall Asleep" video with lots of visual triggers, personal attention, (a few new props!) and a bit more of a chaotic/aggressive vibe. Slept well but had the weirdest dream : I was at a Techno Party where I received a haircut by a girl with strong Edward Scissor Hands vibes, had an eye exam and was frisked by security on my way out. But all was well, and they eventually ended up painting my hands and arms and put me to sleep. Just joking 😁 It was another great one and I really enjoy these fast paced videos!

I use the wim hof breathing exercise, and treat it as a focus and breathing exercise, the pretty face definitely helps : )

Repetitive same actions can cause anyonw to sleep. Just like the tunnel lights. Slow repetition combined with dull lights= a sweet sleep. Same is in this video, but much more controlled and amazing.

Oh my gosh thank you! 🥺 My hair is so thin and actually naturally straight! I curl it after washing a few times per week or whenever I’m filming and apply an oil to the ends xx

At one point "Are you sleeping!?" Me closing my eyes , suddenly opens em "No miss not sleeping" Realises not in school anymore and slowly goes back to sleep. Fully thought a teacher caught me sleeping even though I am not a school goin student anymore.😂
