Marno, thank you so much for your ASMR. I've found myself in a crisis center these past couple days due to PTSD. ASMR is one of the only things to get me out my head and back to sleep when I awake from nightmares or night terrors in the early AM of the east coast time zone. Its one of the only communities I feel safe in and accepted. You're an important part of my healing and I want to thank you and all other ASMRists I have come to connect with over the years. From the bottom of my heart, thank you dood. Also, I love when you do your nails. Especially in funky or sparkly colors 😊

❤ Been there. Just commenting to say you are not alone, fellow human sibling. And your comment helps me know we are not the only ones either. I ended up staying hospitalized for a month in 2018 after some horrid patient experiences and military related badness...found ASMR when my roommate in the crisis center did a slow tapping story to help me sleep. She said she was going to start a channel and never did so I did instead. Basically, you never know when your experiences may make a difference for someone else. What you suffer now may sometimes feel pointless and awful, but at the end of the tunnel there is a reason and purpose that you, and I, have been chosen to go through what we go through. Somewhere, someone is gonna need the hero you are becoming. ❤ Ganbatte, fellow traveler!

Have you ever tried Prazosin for your nightmares? Zero side effects unless you're prone to low blood pressure, non-sedating so you can still take any sleep meds you're already on, and a very low dose goes a long way. Been in treatment myself for CPTSD 🤜🤛

marno and goodnight moon are such amazing world-builders. goodnight moon imagines and creates these huge worlds that feel like they exist beyond and outside the videos, and then marno creates these little glimpses of mini worlds, unexpected hints, sounds and images. so so great
