I'm studying psychology, and it's true that medication is often not the best solution (and environmental influences are woefully underacknowledged) but "medical labotomies" is taking it too far - A lot of people find that medication is incredibly useful, and allows them to live a fulfilled life; Mental illness is a real thing, not just the consequence of bad lifestyle choices.

The comments on people not having children are SO weird. Children don’t suddenly mature people. They don’t make people more mentally sound or trustworthy. There are SO MANY emotionally immature parents out there that probably should have never re-produced but chose to because it’s normalized to just have babies even if you’re not ready. And the reason we’re becoming a “childless” generation (which isn’t even true lol. Plenty of people are still having kids) is because people are REALIZING that they aren’t ready. People are realizing that they never even actually wanted kids in the first place and it’s society that pushes it onto everyone because it’s just “what you do” after marriage. If you wanna have a bunch of kids then go at it. But to sit here and judge others for not wanting the same lifestyle that YOU think is correct is stupid. Grow up

Not only the tone and values changed, but even her voice! What's with that judgemental and horrible vocal fry? Even if I were to ignore her recent behaviour just because her voice always helped me to sleep, it's like she's not even the same person....I wish she'd start a new channel to find her new audience, and allow the subscribers and audience that has been supporting her old kind of content to at least enjoy her old videos. My favourite ASMR playlist is empty now because she removed so many videos that weren't even religious related. she mustve had a therapist suggest taking up a spiritual belief or something. mine has done the same, as if forcing myself to believe in a religion or spirituality will fix everything in my life. whatever she is doing or going through, once the dopamine from the excitement of change fades, she will realize this isn’t the cure to experiencing pain in your life.

Girl you confuse me so much with the two therapist extreme videos back to back, but this is so accurate to therapists I've had in the past that ignored my ptsd. I found myself sitting here, remembering advice they gave, and even though I followed all their advice about schedules, meals, ect the nightmares, flashbacks panic attacks never stopped. She revealed on her other channel that she was being heavily influenced by her ex that was a communist. These thoughts and opinions that might seem like a shock from her original content might be the most Angelica she has ever shown to us. Food for thought.

Talking down about sex workers and lgbtq+ people seemed very uncharacteristic of you given your past support and solidarity with these people throughout your videos over the years. I look up to you and your channel and saw it as a safe space - so to see you say that the queer community is comprised of p*dos hit me like a ton of bricks, ngl. Very very weird stuff at best and terribly, terribly hurtful at worst, to tell you the truth. I don't know much about your personal life, but I'm an ex-evangelical too and understand that people sometimes gravitate or get involuntarily pulled back into those circles. Hyperreligiosity happens a lot with mania, too. Bleeding through some of these videos I get the sense that you're angry about your upbringing and dealing with a lot of heavy stuff. different from yesterday this therapy. I found today that it was quite hard but fair, not there to be appreciated but to help us concretely as a patient. for example today I would not have given her a little hug before leaving but a good very manly handshake🤣 she had confidence in her so we just want to listen and trust her. very relaxing 😌
