ASMR you can watch with your eyes CLOSED 📒🐚 (over-)explaining triggers for you

So, I have this problem. When I watch ASMR, I always need to know what's going on. So as soon as a new trigger or sounds is introduced, I have to open my eyes to see what is happening - which is really annoying when I want to fall asleep but can't calm down fully.
This is my attempt at a video that you can watch with your eyes closed. I will be explaining all the triggers so you don't have to watch me to know what's going on.
Of course, you can also watch with your eyes open, in which case this would be a little like the "over-explaining simple things" trigger.

What even is ASMR?
ASMR describes a feeling of pleasant goosebumps (this is also called tingles). You may it know from when someone scratched your scalp or your back. ASMR videos trigger this feeling using various different sounds and visuals.
ASMR can help people fall asleep. It also calms anxiety and can be used for both relaxation and focusing on a task.

Hi, so I’m actually blind. I absolutely love watching asmr videos since I find them so cool, peaceful and relaxing. But I usually watch role-plays more than videos just with triggers, since with role-plays I have an idea of what’s going on, while with triggers I usually hear sounds but don’t really know what people are doing unless someone describes it. This is the first ASMR video that I find like yours and I truly appreciate it so much! I’m really enjoying it since I know what you’re doing with the triggers. Just noticet that you have the headphones on opposite sides, quite smart becouse if you had them normal way you would hear it it on wrong sides (please dont tell me its more comfortable for you to wear them like that)

It’s actually quite uncomfortable but they’re broken and don’t work properly anymore and the only way I can hear anything out of them is if I wear them backwards 😂😭 BUT I have since gotten new ones
