★ What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Meridian Sensory Response and is a term used to categorise a tingling sensation which usually starts on your scalp and moves down through your back. People use ASMR to relax, fall to sleep and destress. ASMR has many ‘triggers’, in fact a lot of people experience the tingly relaxing sensation in everyday life but don’t realise. If you are new to ASMR please do a google search to familiarise yourself.

I work at the bloodbank in the Netherlands, this was fun to watch! Realistic but also tingly :) I often try to speak in a soft voice etc. when donors are nervous in hopes of calming them down a bit

It definitely is - I'll always donate blood until I get told I no longer can! That way if I ever need it myself I'll know I've helped so many people in the same position :-) Xxx

I enjoy donating blood. I normally do this 2-5 times a year (depending on health and work). I’m glad I save lives doing this

I donated my blood last week. I watched this video the night before because of this. Then when I went to my blood donation appointment, the nurse who took care of me actually WAS whispering to me during the donation! First reaction: "Why is she whispering?" Later... "...Well, it's not like I'm not enjoying it... :)"

i am donating my 3.5 gallon around 12:00 noon eastern standard time usa ,i cant wait ,i love how becky is soft spoken and easy going ,i wish she was the one that pokes me in my vein on my arm ,i wish to see her do a video of her really donating blood i bet she "becky" has so really beautiful and great looking veins on her"becky" arms and as she got the tournequit tied on her arm and her veins popping up i also be that when her veins are popping up on her arms and the needle going to be inserted in her vein ,i am glad that "becky" donates blood and its great to know she donates blood and that she is saving lives ,i bet if she" becky" could talk to me i have some ideas for her to do other ASMR videos too

This was great until near the end when I remembered the blood transfusion scene from Hotshots where the guy just deflates and I couldn't stop laughing. You did help me realise though that I don't know my own blood type and I probably should. At this point if I'm dying, I'll just have to tell the doctors to throw any old shit in there and hope for the best.

Great RP Becky, love medical RP's, hope you do more and although you didn't want to show the needles/wipes and stuff, be good if you could include a few things like that in future medical RP's (if you have any planned), know not everyone likes those sort of things, but you could probably manage it without making video too scary

I did a blood donation last year and I felt grateful #GoLifestream! I ain't afraid of needles also, It ain't that scary, really. This vid made me flashback to the time I saw a baby that was with the Lady that crashed us ( Her fault though ), Getting injected with IV, And utterly screaming in pure agony. I wish that car accident didn't happen. But hey, It's not like I can relive the past to make amends.

ASMR by Becky WOW this was brilliant, tingly, soothing and really original, genuinely surprised I've never seen any other asmrtists do this. U must've had to ask questions the entire time u were there, no small talk for your medical professional. Had the flu for the past couple of weeks so I can't donate and was a bit annoyed. Somehow this helps, so thank u.

In the real world, I failed at the questions due to being hospitalised in 2013 after being ran over. At least I get to feel like I'm doing my bit through ASMR even though my Dr recommends I don't do it real :-)

Very similar yes I tried to use all my own experience - you fill out the questions yourself though and they just check there's nothing that stops you from gibing blood :-)
