I know a lot of people here believe that Abhilash is a hero and he was right as an IAS and DM to take the decisions he took against Sandeep Bhaiya. But, the majority of the problems in Abhilash's life are caused by him. His intentions are always pure, but just like Sandeep bhaiya, his ways cause trouble. Abhilash's biggest problem is his insecurity and his lack of willingness to communicate with the people around him. If he had spoken to Dhairya earlier he would have gotten closure, if he had spoken to SK earlier and told him he wouldn't be able to attend the lecture or even apologized afterwards SK wouldn't have lost faith in his character, if he had convinced sandeep bhaiya that he will take care of the workers and their rights by discussing about the increment with the owner and would also find the villagers better houses then sandeep would have seen his perspective. Abhilash, as we've seen from his mock interview, always tries to be idealistic and self-centered. He does not talk to his friends and thinks of things as black and white instead of finding a middle ground. When he answered in the mock interview that he would go to the riots instead of helping his friend, he spoke from his heart because that is the type of person he is.

Why every character in this season is expecting something from Abhilash is just because wo IAS bann gaya.. Sandeep bhaiya ka character kharab kar diya h is season me. Wo to revenge le rahe h aur bada bhai kabhi badla nahi leta agar chota galti hi kyu n karde

In the interview scene they told him not to quote anonymous quotations but....he didn't get that point and in real life he did the same...reacting according to a letter send by anonymous writer. Also he gave importance to personal relations rather than his workplace....life kuch to sikhata hain sikho warna pachtao...

There are a loop hole in Abhilash statements if only because he is senior Sandeep has to follow his order. Then some day if any big matter happens like riots again. And his senior officer of burocrate of state also told him wait for a while don't take action because rioters are political supporter. .what he than follow the order.. If yes is that right. .just because someone is senior. .and if he don't follows order and someone can make inquiry on him that is ok..is yes than everything will be ok. In anil kapoors movie we seen that commissioner don't allow to take action by the state high powered senior politician. There are 2 side always. Both person are wrong somewhere. Makers marked both in some manners wrong . overhyped both persons images to create mess..and for upcoming series. They are only making chaos between audience. . so please don't fight just enjoy..analysis research and leave..don't give makers the power of making blind money. It's all about Kusum. Think about it. All the actions of Sandeep Bhaiya are reactions to Kusum's actions, or one could say that they are a reflection of how he has treated, or been unable to treat, Kusum in a fair way. On the other hand, Abhilash is like a horse with blinders.

But i'm confused at the ending of ep3 where abhilash dosnt go to the Sk's seminar then on the epsiode no 4, they all meet at guiri's house where deepa was introduced by abhilash to the rest of this friends and after that scene in ep5 the start scene begins at the SK's seminar topic where SK is so angered on abhilash for not coming in the seminar but in ep4 they meet together like Sk frogives abhilash for not coming in his seminar they why the scenes started in ep5 with sk's angered on him for coimg in seminar can anyone explain me this I didn't get it that's why I think that sk's anger secen should in ep4 before the meeting.
