How in the world I can be convinced that Sandeep Bhaiya is immature and emotional? Sandeep bhaiya is so desparate for money? Agar itna hota to wo civil services preparation kab ki chod deta? Abhilash character is actually a negative one showed in sophisticated positive way. First time Sandeep and sk understood his real side. The way he solved the matter - a kind of a cruel manner. They didn't think about the poor - poor people, if they were thrown away from the land, where they will go if the houses are not built! Felt that author tried to portray a negative character in a positive way.

abhilash is pragmatic not negative.he had to solve the labour situation in a cruel because sandeep bhaiya became overtly emotional and sided with the labours,partly because of his job and partly because of the background he comes from.his dealing of the situation emotionally rather based on facts and logic led to the situation being escalated to the scale it did.he didn't have choice but to be harsh.also negtive positive is a relative thing.here abhilash is shown as pragmatic and the rest are shown as ideal innocent ,pure human beings.

Just imagine - if there is no expansion of business how these poor people get benefitted - and the expansion never happens overnight - it takes months - till then who will pay the workers - Sandip was correct in his work - it looks emotional but it's the only way. And the workers job is to work - whether factory is under loss or profit they must get their wages. Abhilash is not logical - in fact that guy is too stupid - can't deal any situation and wants to stay good in others eye. But, what Sandip did was wrong while enquiry was going on. He also lost his principle at that moment. Actually Abhilash ke roop mein aek stupid ko zabardasti logical dikhaya gaya.

Abhilash is shown as a practical person. He maintained distance from his friends to avoid controversies n GF to focus n only he could achieve his goal. He was not super intelligent hence had to give full attention n work hard Administration has to handle both business class n labor class. Businesses r important for job creation n development of the region. Being harsh with business person gives wrong msg to industrial development. Like nano shifted from Bengal to Gujarat. But he was harsh in his approach to make Sandeep understand. In real world IAS officers don't take actions on other officers like that.

@@kusumitadutta4179 it is not about wages but increments. If workers are receiving minimum wages as per labour acts then an employer can't be charged. However in show it is not very clear. Secondly Abhilash as a DM is furious over law and order situation. He clears this also when labourers are blocking highway and says it was none of his business had the issue remained between them and employer. Further he requested ALC to ensure dissolution of strike which ALC totally ignored. So all facts can be analysed, if DM was mature or not.

Lekin ek chiz Aspirants 2 me missing lagi. Wo ye ki Abhilash aur Deepa ka ek ghunghrale baalon wala friend tha, uska current version nahi dikhaya ki wo kya kar raha hai. Kyuki story past and present me ghumti rehti hai toh jab Deepa ko currently IPS dikhaya tha toh uss friend ka current version bhi dikhana chahiye tha.
