Brought tears to my eyes. After loosing almost every friend he loved and gone through many depressing situation, he sees her smiling little daughter for the first time and tries to give her a safe and good childhood. And regrets that left her mother and everything just...truly heartbreaking
@JohnVikingFilms10 жыл бұрын
I think it's also heartbreaking because he sees all those who cared for him and who he cared for dead. And I think he realized that if he had changed his course to help them rather than himself, things might have been different.

Lyrics: Of all the money that e'er I had I've spent it in good company And all the harm that e'er I've done Alas it was to none but me And all I've done for want of wit To memory now I can't recall So fill to me the parting glass Good night and joy be with you all Of all the comrades that e'er I had They are sorry for my going away And all the sweethearts that e'er I loved They would wish me one more day to stay But since it falls unto my lot That I should rise and you should not I'll gently rise and I'll softly call Good night and joy be with you all Good night and joy be with you all

Sometimes I freaking hate how tragic a lot of the Assassin's Creeds are. Especially this one. So, did we find out Stede Bonnett was dead before the end of the game? Like, was I just not paying attention? God, I wished at least he hadn't died. The only two people in this game that are still alive that I grew attached to are Edward and Anne.
@SouthpawSatch10 жыл бұрын
It's not shown on screen in the game, but Stede Bonnet was caught and hung for piracy four years earlier in 1718. I like many fans found that bit sad too how he imagined all of his former comrades sitting together, a constant reminder of everything he lost.
@MattRowland6 жыл бұрын
When you are rescuing Mary Reed, you can eavesdrop on two guards at the beginning of the mission who talk about how Bonnett was arrested and hung for his crimes.

Why Edward does not carry the blowpipe or swords?
@barneystinson65419 жыл бұрын
because the cutscene is the same for everyone, edward does not look like in your game, I mean it's not inspired from your inventory
@AntonioGonzalez-we4wx9 жыл бұрын
Olivier Lazure But when I complete the game he had the swords and the blowpipe.
@barneystinson65419 жыл бұрын
the cutscene doesn't use your character, it uses a preset of edward without his weapons, this is what I was trying to tell you guys
@AntonioGonzalez-we4wx9 жыл бұрын
Sorry friend, I'm from spain and I don't know what is "preset"
@barneystinson65419 жыл бұрын
it's like a specific version of edward which they made a cutscene with and gave it to everyone, so you, me, and everyone in the world get the same version of Edward Kenway(without the blowpipe and swords) it's like if they added a video to the game, because the character on the video is not connected to the one from your game

i must say i was kinda disappointed with the ending of the game it was good but there where many mysteries i did however love the overall game its just the ending which made me a bit sceptical about the next game.......i did play it i didnt just watched your vids

To be honest I don't know what the next game would be about the whole story is kind of off track now that desmond is out of the picture. We still have rebecca and shawn dealing with the templars and I wonder if the file you gave them in this game has something to do with what's going to happen in the next

@markrezk97758 жыл бұрын
+Nick Pendolino You practically missed the whole story.
@tallhannah988 жыл бұрын
+Nick Pendolino Quite a few of them are seen through extra interactions. Stede Bonnet - While rescuing Mary You can overhear a conversation between some British guards laughing about Bonnet being hung. Benjamin Hornigold - Is part of the game, you kill him for betrayal. Charles Vane - He's in the prison (again while rescuing Mary) caught for piracy, there is an interaction to talk to the mad Vane, who later is hung. Mary Reed - Part of the game, she dies as you try to save her in the prison. Blackbeard - You're unable to stop him getting killed. Calico Jack Rackham - Another interaction, after escaping from a gibbet (the metal cage thing) and the start of the sequence to save Anne and Mary, Calico's body can be seen in another gibbet further down the shore.
