Both specs work, but I would say Outlaw with set fits better, you can enable the Devastation more.

The only important thing regarding burst during Dance is to sent the Kingsbane on a target that has Shiv active while Dance, Badge and Tea are all active at the same time. The rest of the globals are usually stuns, silences and maybe an Envenom.

I always keep a charge for Dance, and else I only use the other charges when I need energy, which rarely happens if I manage to have bleeds on many enemies.

These bars just display abilities that I want to see, so those with a cooldown. My actual buttons are on hidden bars.

Only when there are enough targets stacked up and Rupture is already up on them too. Two isn't enough.

Becaurse if theres more then one target around him, he will get more combo points and also apply his poisons (more dam?)+ its cheaper 35 energy compared to mutilate 50. I think atleast

badge is better for burst. FoK is 35 energy and mutilate is 60.

Fan of knives deals the same damage as Mutilate on one target (yeah it's stupid I know), and costs less energy. The only advantage of Mutilate is that it generates more Combo Points. But, with the talent Seal Fate giving you extra Combo Points on critical strikes, Fan of Knives ends up giving more Combo Points if there are many targets and you crit on a few of them. That, plus, it deals more damage since it's basically one mutilate worth of damage per target, and applies poisons to everyone. It's just a better global ! Badge is always always always used with Dance and a Thistle Tea charge.

In simple terms: keep bleeds up, kidney when the target isn't on stun dr, shiv, build combo points with mutilate if the target is alone, fan of knives if not, spend on envenom (unless your rupture falls in which case you reapply). There is more to it, but I have a guide from s3 that is still relevant if you wish to know more.

I play with a little bit of crit and a little bit of haste, personally, but I've also played full versa/mastery and I must say energy is never an issue. As long as you bleed enough targets, you never run out unless maybe you face a comp that plays very spread and has many poison dispels (like HPal + some Shaman with the totem)

@@Shadenox but in 2's there aren't enough targets to dot for the energy regen. And so much happens in RSS, how do you find time to burst if all you're doing is multi dotting? IC is also pointless in 2s because if the healer is cc'd, the dots don't seem to apply even if they are next to your target.
