Usually yes

Assa would do more damage on the scoreboard, but Outlaw remains better for your comp. You just enable your team more so you can land more cyclones, more sleep walks etc etc, while dealing frontloaded damage alongside your boomy on setups rather than dots damage that may not kill during the stun.

You do damage, people are forced to heal it because damage is so high, then you CC them and keep doing damage (to put it very simply). It's a mistake to try to go for CC first in this comp, damage is what enables everything else

Outlaw and possibly Assa, but not Sub.

doesnt matter at all when a class can do 150k plus dps right?

It doesn't feel that different to be fair. You can *sometimes* see the damage loss on very specific situations, but overall it's fine.

Because sub is dogshit and outlaw is clunky af to play

People realized it deals a lot of overall damage so they imagine it's some insanely OP spec. It is, in fact, quite good, but people tend to confuse overall damage and DPS per target. WW for instance does less overall than an Assa that triple DoTs, but all of his damage is on only one target and not spread on all 3, and you win once you land one kill. But yeah. Sub's not good right now, and Outlaw is a bit awkward, although really strong in the correct comps. Assa is overall good with most casters and even a couple melees, so it's more accessible.

@@Shadenox the thing is that Assa doesn’t really have strong offensive CD. I’m not saying assa is weak etc, but other specs have way better offensive options
