I recently picked this up recently as well and have been impressed with it. I purchased an extra rail but still plan to use the 3 clamps and supplement with bessey clamps as they will still work if you need additional clamping. There was a lack of reviews for this product when I purchases so I am sure this will help future buyers.

This system does the work of nine clamps. If your making a lot of panels it looks really good.

I picked one up on a clearance at Peachtree Woodworking and saved -40% off retail. I’m happy with it, but wouldn’t pay full price for it (only because of my typical work) Not because there’s a problem with the system, but because I don’t use it as often as power/hybrid hobbyist or amateur production guy would. If you’re a cutting board kind of guy or some one who does a lot of panel build ups from say pallet wood, then this is a must have. I hate losing the wall space, but that’s far better than using bench top or floor space to glue up panels and so it does keep the workflow out of my way. So losing a little wall space in the end has a good pay off. I’ve got mine pointed with the bottom already about 16” off the floor so make things more easily accessible when doing glue ups. (again, keep in mind that I dont often do big table glue ups and having it mounted higher is just really a personal preference) Also easy to do multiple long joint glue ups by myself. Absolutely recommend this 100% if you can spare the change. Will handle glue ups in up to 6” thickness! I really only need the standard system with the three vertical clamping since I’m primarily a hand tool wood worker and every one of my joint edges/face edges is tuned to the joint it’s building. Even pressure allows for the perfect squeeze out, the fact that air can circulate behind it can hale reduce the tendency to rack a cup into your panels too. So, whether your doing panels, table tops, and even laminate glue ups up to the 6” width, this is a great, space saving, workflow improving way to knock glue up our easily and without breaking clamps off the wall. I do recommend waxing all your rails before final install to make things work easier and reduce glue sticking. Now, even though I paid ~$160 with shipping/tax for what is otherwise a $260 system, I could see myself maybe paying up to $220 for it. If I did as many glue ups as power/hybrid woodworkers do, I’d definitely spend full price with no regrets 👍 BTW: the separate Fulton kit that sells for about -$60 is a great set up too; I think you really need to have two of those (for a total of four 4 way clamps) to be really effective. They work great too! Keep in mind those aren’t just throw the panels in and go though and will require bench or floor space when using *Can also augment the max Panel system. Curious what you think of it now that you've owned it for a considerable amount of time? Also, pro tip, never wipe glue with a rag and remove from clamps after 2 hours and scrape the glue while it is still soft. Then set panel in a neutral place to dry overnight before final cleanup and processing. Done hundreds of panels this way.

What about glue dripping on the clamps?

I'm not a fan of the vertical panel gluing concept. Also overpriced in my opinion. I can build more pairs for that price with Fulton clamps and superstrut.
