Any video recommendations oh how to sync up the butterfly’s with one another and in relation to the 4 little fuels holes they pass over when opened and closed.

There are numerous tips online and videos about that.

The butterflies should be sitting right on top of the first tiny hole in that cluster of four. That would be with the idle screw set about 1,000 RPM as well. So the butterflies really need to be at absolute zero before you open them with the idle screw to do the synchronization. And there are plenty of videos on how to do that part.

Just rebuilt mine and now all 4 are pouring out of the overflows by the choke butterflies, confirmed all 4 needles/seats/floats are good. I’m completely stumped trying to figure this out. Anyone got any advice please comment. I hear a gurgling noise when I put gas in them

Same happened on this one. Tear it apart again. Floats are sticking. Remove the float valve on each and clean it again.

@@HorsepowerHouse will do, but they are all new and seats look perfect. Yours leaked from all 4 aswell?

@@thedirtyjanitor all were new and fully rebuilt. There's no other way for them to leak. Fixed this one.
