I have no idea what triggered this or how to make it happen again lol, but randomly when we went to long rest after beating some baddies at Grymforge, I got the notif that Astarion wanted to speak and it was this. I thought this was suppose to happen at the Tiefling party if you already slept with him?
Idk if its because the first time I rejected him, then slept with him at Tiefling party. But still, idk how this one came up. Has anyone else had this happen?

Oooooooh! I'll have to report back to you on that! Because I chose the chicken out option (Leave) when he propositioned me before the party, then slept with him at the end of the party, so I'll have to let you know if this comes up later or if there's a location/approval trigger for it.

You can sleep with him a total of 3 times in Act 1

@@ZazzyMeta get your approval high enough before you rescue Halsin. I don’t remember what exactly prompted the first proposition, but it happens every time I’m either in the Goblin Camp or once it’s happened after we kill the Gur. Then at the tiefling party. And I can’t remember how after that. Maybe goblin, tiefling then Gur?

isn't the third time a bug? which happens when he propositions you before the party (and you accept) and then the party happens the same night (or some other night event that pushes it to happen after the party), so it sort of resets and he propositions you at the party like it's the first time. then you sleep with him at the party (for the first time), then the next free night the "before party" proposition activates and you sleep with him for the second time (but have the "first time" cutscene). then, if you don't progress to act 2 too fast, he can proposition you one more time (which would be the "second" time, except due to the bug it seems like the third). but yes, technically he can proposition you 3 times, though you can sleep with him "officially" only 2 times. 1st proposition: before the party when you have high enough approval (killing the Gur gives a lot of approval so it does happen often after that, but the Loviathar Priest, and the bite scene (if done "right") also give a lot of approval), and it triggers randomly when you choose to talk to him (even out of camp) 2nd: at the party, if you have high enough approval or pick the correct options 3rd: after the party, can happen at random as his long rest event (the "!"), probably again based on approval and "officially" you should be only able to get (in one playthrough) either the 1st & 2nd, or the 2nd & 3rd. (if you choose to sleep with him each time he asks.) (I don't actually know what happens if you reject him at the 1st one, but I guess then the other 2 can happen normally.) I had too much coffee sorry for the rant, hopefully it's helpful at least lol
