To celebrate 10,000 subscribers on my channel, I want to give you all a glimpse of the next big project I'm working on. I've loved Hitoshi Ariga's work on Mega Man Megamix and Gigamix ever since I found some copies of the series at a local shop, and for years now I've been itching to do a proper adaptation centered around them. This has been a project on my backburner for a very long time, and while a mixture of getting proper scans done, life, and experience have attributed to that - I finally feel that I'm ready to start.
My plan is to start off with Asteroid Blues, which is Ariga's rendition of the events of Mega Man 3's story. If you remember my channel's manga dub of the Mega Man 9 prelude, "For Whose Sake" - you can expect a much different tone than what you've been used to with the Archie Mega Man series. This will also be quite a long story at the end of the day, so while I can't say for certain when the full version will be ready - expect it to release later in 2021.
