could you do a video on the *Makelele Role*. Under appreciated at Real Madrid because Perez thought he couldn't header or pass a football. He was good enough to have changed how football is played. Today he is used as an example.

Makelele was the best in his position in the world, only a few can match his quality today. Pique is one, Kante at the moment is too weather he keeps his form in the Long run. Makelele was the most Important player at Real Madrid the top players at Real Madrid Zidane, Rual even said that he was the most Important player in the squad. He was the Guardian in between the defence and midfield. He allowed the defence to be at ease and the attackers to roam more freely further up on the pitch due to his phenomenal high work rate, outstanding strength and tackles. Just look at the sats of how many goals the attackers of Real Madrid scored at the time. Something that Kante is doing right now at Chelsea! Chelsea are scoring at high rates! 3, 4, 5 nill a game! He did master the role of how a CDM plays which is now the blue print of a CDM. Makelele the most underrated and unappreciated players of his time. Real Madrid didn't win anything after he left for Chelsea. Then look what Chelsea won when Makelele was there. Kante like Makelele basically won Leicester the League because of the facts above.

Sadly, history is repeating itself. Villa at this rate will be a Championship club for years. Sure they've still got the parachute payments, but it's looking likely they'll be in the Championship next season, and with how their wage bill is, it could get worse for Villa. Nothing Portsmouth like, but wouldn't be surprised if they were in the Championship for a good few years. It's almost as if West Brom have replaced them in the West Midlands.

Basically all went down hill when O'Neill resigned. Lerner seemed to lose interest after that, as the managers brought in weren't treated fairly with enough money nor time (Lambert for money, Sherwood for time).

Raheem McLean they never had the fan base to make it in the Top 6, the club never had any where near enough income to sustain Top 6.

@@stevenmcguinness4751 We've always had the fan base, just some really stupid spending which started under O'Neill. Top 6 three seasons running but wasted a fortune on transfer duds. We're on our way back now, and by the way have the third richest owners in English football. Take those 'Sky 6' specs off and do a bit of research. UTV.

Very interesting, although Villa will certainly ease to promotion this coming season with around 115 points. Then you can make another video staying how brilliant we have been and why we're likely to make the top 5 of the Premier League the following season.
