I was there - aged 12 - what a night. Great atmosphere. I can remember it as clearly as if it were yesterday.

I was at this game, I was 11 years old. What a night this is the first time I have seen footage. Holt enders in the sky!!

Dad got me there at 5:30!!!! The miners were on strike and the club had to hire a generator from a circus or fairground (can't remember which). Problem was there was only enough power for three of the four famous AV floodlights. But Villa won fair and square and it was wonderful.
