I think that samurott is more than a mutant consideration, there are a couple other possible high power samurott cards that could use this as their engine to make it into a real line. It's basically power draw swampert, and swampert is a really common high power line

Wow I am making a cube roughly based on astral radiance so this is awesome I say roughly cuz I'm usually of of cards from other sets but my main Evo lines are mostly from it !
