In this video we show you how to properly disassemble a jatco cvt transmission that is commonly used in man Nissan, dodge, Jeep, Mitsubishi, and Suzuki vehicles. This cvt transmission is from a 2011 jeep patriot with the 2.0 engine.

If you ever have an alignment pin stuck like that try taking a punch and hammering not real hard just medium hard and hit the pins they will shock loose and start moving so you can get the case apart . :)

That filter was never replaced in ALL my services. Car has 236K on the clock, run fine, but is slow to change from drive to reverse. Assholes. Another $500 to get it done.

They stop buying those raggedy ass Nissan that have those transmissions in them! I have a 04 Volvo XC90 very good suv and it’s 20yrs old with the original engine and Transmission with over 270,000 miles and running and driving like a new Volvo
